Small Bites: Fiery trend continues at Szechuan in Roseville (Pioneer Press)
Burgers and fries are so yesterday. The new restaurant trend is Szechuan food. Just last week, Szechuan restaurant opened in the former China Jen in Roseville (near County Road B and Snelling). It joins a growing roster of genuine Szechuan restaurants — Tea House and Tian Jian in Plymouth, Tea House and Little Szechuan in St. Paul and Grand Szechuan in Bloomington.
